RAS Accounting & Taxation team has adopted online technologies to help our clients to work and be in touch with us despite the location. It saves time for our clients specially our rural and country clients. Online communication saves our clients' time and money. We use DocuSign application in which you do not have to print the documents you can just sign them on mobile, tablet, Ipad or touch screen laptop and it gets sent automatically. Our clients do not need to come all the way to our office just to get the documents signed.

Skype Videos - For quick meetings if not in person then we can use Skype videos to talk face to face through video link or text messages.

Dropbox and Google Drive - File sharing made easy via Dropbox and Google Drive. These applications allow us to receive and send large reports, bookkeeping data files, scanned documents, MYOB files, etc

Team Viewer - gives us the access to your computer with your permission. We can help you entering the data in your computer or with any other financial matters or software through this program. It would save you a trip to our office in case of urgency.

If we decrease our time in travelling we can devote more to our business.
